Grant Park is a prime neighborhood in inner NE Portland with pretty, well-kept tree-lined houses from the 1920s. A beautiful park is only 2 blocks away, Quiet, low crime, great neighbors!
Brand-new private basement unit with separate, secure side entrance. Queen bed, large closet, ample other storage. All new bedding/linens. Central AC and central heat. Well-stocked kitchen area with sunny window: Instant Pot, new convection toaster oven with air fryer, electric griddle, rice cooker, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle. No range. Cleaning supplies. Onsite laundry (shared). Storage for your bike. Outside sitting area. Free, ample street parking. Fast WiFi and work table. Smart TV.

Relax in newly renovated, private unit in safe, quiet, tree-lined, Grant Park/Hollywood, 2 blocks from a beautiful park, one block to #70 bus. 4 hospitals are close by. Downtown 10 min. by car, 15 by bus. Ample street parking. Walk to good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, New Seasons, Trader Joe's, CVS, banks, gym. You can walk to one of four different commercial areas within 1 mile: Broadway, Hollywood, Fremont, Alberta Arts district! Go for a run in pretty, treed, residential area. Or take a bike ride on a designated bike boulevard. Store your bike onsite. In good weather, sit outside at your own private table or go to the park for a picnic.
