Luxury apartment, featuring a terrace just facing the pools of Playa Sol compound, can be found in a charming historical town of Vinaros located on the Costa Azahar in Castellon province, Valencia.

Two large well taken care of swimming pools within the compound secured area can be freely used and are also suitable for small children. Guests arriving with standard size cars can enjoy parking in a compound garage lot assigned to the apartment.

Attractive wild coast beaches (with showers) and local restaurants are within a short walking distance. The main beach, Playa del Fortí, is in the town center by the lovely promenade. It is just a 10 minute drive to get there. Parking is easy and free. Panorámica Golf & Country Club is also within easy reach.

The apartment is fully and beautifully furnished, it has air-conditioning and free WIFI.

The entrance into the apartment opens into an open space living area including a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large flat TV (both terrestrial and international satellite TV channels are available) in the living area. A large sliding door opens to a spacious, east oriented terrace. The living room also connects with two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The apartment is ideally suited to those who want to relax by the pool or on the beach, love cycling, playing golf, as well as for those who would like to use it as an ideal base for their trips to Valencia, Tarragona, Barcelona, Delta de Ebro, Morella, Els Ports national park, etc..

This cozy apartment features 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a two twin beds, perfect for a family and / or a small group of guests up to 4. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, and more. Linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided – NO additional charge. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Apartment was recently refurbished and in excellent condition and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Underground parking a plus.Beds comfy, plenty of space for the three of us.Pool area very clean and not over used or noisy.A car is essential to get into Vinaròs for sandy beaches, shopping and restaurants, however there are ample pebbled coves a 10 min walk away (Cala de la Roca Plana to the north was our favourite).If you are a light sleeper, there is the inevitable noise from next door or above, but this is norm in complexes such as this.Lovely stay, thanks to Jeroen and Frederika for their help.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, sehr schön und sauber, Möbeln und Geräte sind neu, man hat alle Küchengeräte und Utensilien in der Küche. Allgemein in der Wohnung ist alles da, was man nur braucht ( von den Kuscheldecken bis zu den Wäscheklammern). Klimaanlage hat man nur im Wohnzimmer, aber es gab auch Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern und noch einen im Wohnzimmer zusätzlich. Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl dadurch. Wlan Empfang ist sehr gut, Smartfernseher mit verschiedenen Apps wie Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube. Die Anlage ist eingezeunt, es gibt auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage( allerdings eher für kleinere Autos geeignet), aber auch genug Parkplätze der Straße entlang. Die Anlage ist vom Ortszentrum etwas abgelegen( 5 min mit dem Auto bis zu den Supermärkten und großem sauberem, flach abfallendem Sandstrand). Sie ist eingezeunt, besteht aus 2 gegenüberliegenden Mehrfamilienhäusern und 2 Pools. Es war sehr ruhig innerhalb der Anlage und in der Gegend allgemein, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Vinaros selbst kam uns ruhig und erholsam vor. Die Kommunikation mit einem netten Ehepaar, das uns vor Ort betreut hat, war super. Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir konnten sie immer kontaktieren egal ob wir Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten hatten. Zum Schluß würden wir das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir waren mehrmals in Spanien und fahren eigentlich nie in dasselbe Hotel oder Appartement, aber dieses würden wir gerne noch mal mieten.
