It's a lot to take in and it is an incredible experience to walk through the doors. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with any and every appliance you will need to create that gourmet meal with all the other chefs in your group! It has a 6-burner gas range, a pot-filler, double oven, and a grill grate. Dinning table seats 8 and the bar seats 6. The king-sized side-side refrigerator/freezer will keep your goodies nice and cold. TV in every room and Starlink WIFI.

Events are allowed, max 50 guests. There is an additional non refundable event fee of $1000. Prom groups are allowed, 3 parents must be present and the event fee will apply.
Pets are allow, up to 2 dogs, with a non refundable pet fee of $250, may need to be added after booking.
Property is located on the Bolivar Peninsula, across the ferry from Galveston.
