This home is ideal for big group: two separate units in one building, unit A has 1 bedroom 2 beds 1 bath, unit B has 3 bedroom 2 bath 5 beds. Sleep 10 comfortably. Fenced yard and covered patio.
Parking: Driveway and street parking for up to 6 cars. EV-friendly: Tesla Supercharger just a short drive away.
10 mins to downtown, it is in the heart of SoCO where most exciting things happen at Austin: top eateries, bars, shops.
Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.
