Our home is perfect for all things Memphis! Our home has two units, each with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which can sleep up to 24 guests and each unit features a full kitchen, cozy backyard with a firepit and is located within walking distance to High Point Grocery and High Point Pizza, Memphis's favorite pizza place! The Memphis Zoo and Brooks Museum of Art are a quick 10 minute drive and Downtown Memphis is only a 20 minute drive! We have no doubt that you will love our home!

We rented both properties (2 halves of a duplex) for a place for wedding guests. Could have used more mirrors for getting ready (only mirrors were in the bathrooms, no full length). Great location for our needs. Was clean, but a bare bones place in furnishings, towels (provided, but minimal), and kitchen supplies. Hopefully, check in issues will not be an issue for future guests. (Keypad didn't work on one side, and required contacting property manager. It did get resolved but was the next day before we had full functionality). A market, restaurants, and food trucks were across the street and were nice to have right there. Good value property. Would stay here again.

The property suited our needs and functionality in the space that was provided. It however drastically did not meet expectations as the bed's were horrible, with springs sharply digging into your back, even for the smaller adults of our party. I had a better nights sleep on the open ground the week prior camping. In addition to this one whole unit was without heating for the entirety of our stay. They did bring heaters, blankets, but did not make the stay suitable. We ended up having to go buy towels and wash clothes so that our party could shower, without having to wash laundry midway through, and have everyone have their own items. Our party was understanding and patient with the conditions. However I was expecting a refund of some kind, a night, some kind of compensations since we were inconvenienced. Nothing was offered. The property manager cares more about profit than the occupants of the property. I would not stay here again even if it was for free. It really is tragic as it has a great location, setup, but is not properly equiped/managed.
The solution to fixing the heat for a 4 night stay.
