The Sunset Trace Bungalow is your home away from home in Memphis! Our home can sleep up to 10 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Here, you can enjoy a spacious living room, full kitchen, and open patio in a fenced-in backyard! We're located about 10 mins from the Memphis Raceway, 15 mins to 1-40 and 20 mins to downtown and Shelby Farms Park! We would love to host you! Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll be in a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV, and extra seating. The dining room is just off the front door on the right, where you'll find a large table with bench seating so everyone can hang out together! Just past the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to cook a full meal. The hallway off the living room will take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed and there are two full beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an oversized ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. The backyard is fenced-in and features a patio table with four chairs and a charcoal grill!
