Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Two of the bedrooms feature plush king-size beds for an exceptionally comfortable night’s rest.
You’ll have everything you need for a worry-free stay: fast WiFi, central A/C and heat, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary coffee to start your mornings right. With two full bathrooms—plus a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board—getting ready for the day is simple and convenient.
We’ve stocked a bin of toys and outdoor balls for little ones, and the spacious fenced backyard features a fun tetherball setup that kids (and adults!) enjoy.

It’s just minutes from Rangeline Road, where you’ll find great restaurants, local shops, grocery stores, and anything else you might need during your stay. We also love that it offers quick access to I-44, making it easy to explore nearby towns, visit family in the region, or enjoy a night out at Downstream Casino.
The neighborhood itself is quiet, easy to navigate, and perfectly located for both short visits and longer stays. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax at home but still be close to everything Joplin has to offer — and that’s what we enjoy most about it.
