Not the property we booked
This property is not what we stayed in. We were moved to another property. We only became aware the property was not available as it was “under construction” when I enquired about where we would be met on arrival, 2 days prior to us arriving. At this point we had little chance of booking another large place with such little notice. The manager did arrange pick up for us from the airport as a way of compensation. There was no communication after our check in other than from us to them to confirm transportation back to the airport. The deck we had couldn’t be used at nighttime as the lights didn’t work. The pool is not part of this property and is not the one on the photos advertised. There is a pool but it is public and you need to pay to enter. Read other people’s reviews on other booking websites, you will see that this has happened to other people also.
