The stunning top floor great room features a remarkable 270-degree panorama including the view of the water. The top level also contains the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor deck. The second level is where you'll find the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, full bath and private deck. The main level houses the final two bedrooms, one with a queen and a convertible chair (twin), the other with 2 traditional twin beds plus a convertible chair (twin). There is a shared bath on this level as well.
Located in coveted Nauset Heights, it's set on a private lot - the natural habitat surrounding the home provides an ideal setting for relaxation and privacy, while the proximity to one of Cape Cod's most iconic beaches offers endless opportunities for outdoor fun. Enjoy coastal living with private access to Nauset Beach via an association staircase, plus easy access to paddleboarding, biking, hiking, and the shops and restaurants of Orleans.
