This is our 5th year coming to “our house.” Ara is a wonderful host who both takes pride in his property and wants to assure that his guests are well served. His home is clean, very well appointed and the location is unparalleled. My adult children describe it as their “happy place”- we could not agree more. See you next year!

We had high expectations for this home, and it was even better than we expected! The main floor is bright and clean and airy with spectacular views of the bay. Our 2 families (4 adults, 3 adult children) fit comfortably into the spaces and all of us really enjoyed the gorgeous bay views from the beautiful deck throughout the day and evening. We appreciated having access to the beach right across the street and the quiet friendly neighborhood. Access to beach chairs and boogie boards was a plus! Communication with Ara before and during our stay was a pleasure! She always responded to messages quickly and went out of her way to troubleshoot/accommodate a minor mechanical issue with the dishwasher while it was being fixed. We were happy to have access to a grill and the beautiful new kitchen made meal preparation a pleasure---all with great views of the bay. This property is a gem, we would happily stay here again for another Cape vacation! Thank you, Ara, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Such a special place

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons and had a wonderful time. The home was spotless and location was spectacular, perfect for swimming at high tide, exploring at low tide and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The owner has thought of every detail to make this a lovely home to rent.

Incredible!

I know what you are thinking. This property looks too good to be true. Well, it's actually better. The view is even better than the pictures. The house is immaculately clean and up to date. Yes, there is a great private beach but you don't even need to leave the couch in the living room to enjoy looking at the bay. Ara was amazingly responsive and welcoming.The only problem is that we will be coming back to this house every year from now on so that's one less week for someone else to rent. Sorry!

Perfect!

We loved this property! It is beautiful, clean and there is room to spread out. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. There are plenty of beach chairs in the garage. We could not ask for a better location. The beach was gorgeous during low and high tide. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood. The host is quick to respond and very thoughtful.A++++

A beautiful home with great views

We returned for a second year to this house and once again we loved it. It is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is great and the views are captivating. The owner is thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We relaxed, enjoyed the beach and had a wonderful time together.

Who could ask for more?

This is the 4th summer that we have stayed in this wonderful home and I can not wait to go back again. The house is so well maintained, stocked with everything you could possibly need and the sunset views are the icing on the cake. The beach is literally across the street, so if you are working (as my sons were), they could take a break and enjoy the weather. Ara the owner is incredibly responsive if you need anything- and he has just renovated the kitchen which is great. Everything is great-- truly, you could not ask for more!

Cape Cod Bay home

This is a beautiful home with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was beautiful with top of the line appliances. The location is as advertised and is amazing - beautiful views of the bay from the deck, with the bay only a short walk across the street - amazing sunsets! Hoping to return next year.

A wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely vacation house. Beautiful views. A few steps from the beach. We loved exploring the sand and mud flats during low tide and swimming at high tide. The details of the house are carefully considered and the owner of the house is thoughtful and responsive. We spent two wonderful weeks here and are dreaming of returning next summer!

Amazing stay - great location and comfortable house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this house! The beach is right across the street and was not very crowded at all. Surprisingly there were very few bugs as well both at the beach and at the house. We loved the wrap around deck and the nice furniture that came with it! The inside of the house was very comfy- the bedrooms were pretty sound proof and nicely furnished. A few more blankets would be great but it was pretty warm. The laundry is the best we’ve had at a rental, new LG washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. The owner also made sure there were plenty of things like TP, paper towels, detergent etc. no need to bring those! The garage also had plenty of gear in decent shape - beach toys, chairs, etc. again no need to bring anything! Just your towel of course! We had a great stay and will come again!

We adore the openness and feel of this house, along with the proximity to and views of the beach. It's also a quiet area, but yet still close to all of the Cape classics!

We rented in Eastham for many years. We had some good and bad experiences. We have vowed to learn from the bad experiences to make your stay the best possible. Tenant feedback is critical to the process. We will continue to invest in this house to make your stay the best possible. Since purchasing our home in May of 2013, we've made the following improvements:
2013: new electronics, kitchen equipment, artwork
2014: renovated and expanded both full bathrooms; new living room furniture, and new/larger deck
2015: renovated 1st floor bedrooms, with new furniture and porelain tile floors. New deck furniture.
2019: new doors/windows/blinds, roof, siding, and porcelain tile floor on the second floor. New smart locks on all doors
2020: updated 1/2 bath
