The home is as described on the site. We enjoyed our stay. Overall pros and cons…Pros - very quiet, clean and well stocked throughout the house. Excellent communication from host. Nice backyard. Comfortable bed. Cons - not walkable to anything, have to drive to places on James Island (5-10 minutes) or downtown Charleston (20 minutes). Also the home lacks any character or charm although it is well furnished.

Fantastic location as a base camp for daily excursions in and around the greater Charleston area. Patrick provided great communication and the cottage was very clean and comfortable like a 2nd home.

The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. We were blessed to watch our 1 y.o. granddaughter with the use of their high chair, pack and play and stroller they loaned us. Would not have been able to do that without those essentials. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and proximity to our family, great restaurants & Folly beach. Would definitely book from them again.
Pack and play worked perfectly for naps.
Granddaughter enjoying all of the walking she could do , especially when we were going to get her.

Spacious property and providing all cooking facilities you need. A nice quiet location n very comfy bed and clean property throughout. Enough parking and off road parking too.Excellent communication with owner n their webpage about the property was excellent.If we were in the area again we'd stay here again.

Such a cute and CLEAN place! It was so nice to stay somewhere on vacation i didn't feel like i needed to do a quick clean first to feel comfortable! Great location being close to Folly Beach and Charleston. Our hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommenced staying at this cozy and private little cottage!
