This place is amazing! The interior is exactly as shown and the balcony was fantastic! We were able to watch the sunset every night and dolphins fishing every morning. The pool was heated which is always an added benefit. The only downside was there could have been a couple more bath towels. Hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful ocean views, comfortable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable unit. They had every amenity needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, wonderful bed!, and we loved hanging out at the wonderful pool! Listening to the ocean at night and waking up to a view of it simply can't be beat! It was just the relaxing beach therapy respite my husband and I desperately needed.

Gorgeous Private Beach / older condo

Older condo. On first look, pleasant. Great beach and very private. Refrigerator very nice. Dishwasher and stove older but in working order. Only surface cleaning had been done here. We paid (therefore the owner also paid) $270 for cleaning that never had happened which is outrageous. Floors filthy. Mold in showers. Filthy throw rugs in bedrooms and bath that looked like they'd never been cleaned. Newer comforter on main bed but it should have a washable duvet cover on it. Guest bedroom really old and dusty. Old dusty comforters. Guest bedding needed updating plus also should have washable duvet covers... especially with Covid. What a joke that they pretended to be doing Covid cleaning. and charged for it! There wasn't even normal cleaning done. They need to use wet disposable Swiffers on floors - filthy mop that was stored in kitchen pantry (ugh) along with an old Dirt Devil that barely worked. We bleached the shower and bathtub but mold was there so long it didn't come clean. Bathtub plugged up so obviously cleaning person knew that and ignored it and tub couldn't be cleaned properly with water filling up. Positive side - many dishes, pans, beach stuff. We would return but armed with our own cleaning equipment which is ridiculous for amount charged for cleaning. Owner very responsive when garbage disposal broke. The guy came in 10 min and it was fixed in less time than that!

Wonderful vacation

We loved our stay at Shamron Beach!! The condo was very clean and nicely updated. Also, we were happy to have so many miscellaneous things available for our use during our stay. (Ex: beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc.) We definitely plan on booking again next year!!

Beautiful location, but Covid-19 impacted our stay

This was the first time we had rented a condo for a one month stay (March) and also our first time in Estero, FL. The location was perfect for us on the south quieter side of Estero Boulevard (away from Spring Breakers) with beautiful beaches in the area and delicious restaurants, many on the waterfront (Gulf and Bay sides). Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic impacted our stay less than two weeks into our vacation. The beaches were closed for any activity. Stores, parks and events were also closed/cancelled. Some restaurants offered take-out. However, even though there was a "stay-at-home" order, we were fortunate to be able to use the pool at the condo and the private beach (up to the lagoon...no swimming). We met other very nice owners/renters and we all practiced safe-distancing as recommended. Before all of this happened, we enjoyed walking on the beach every morning for miles, collecting shells, seeing dolphins, watching the birds, and soaking up the sunshine. We also walked several times 1/2 mile to Pinchers (on the beach) and to the Santini Plaza with other restaurant choices and stores. We are avid golfers and golfed at many courses in the area. Regarding the condo itself, when we first entered, we noticed the most amazing view of the ocean. The condo was clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated. However, it could use some updates in the kitchens, bathrooms and lighting. We have a couple of issues with the Direct TV, but these were resolved in a timely manner. We loved sitting on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and stunning sunsets! Despite staying here during this unprecedented crisis, we made the best of the circumstances and plan to come back here next year.

Nice relaxing vacation

We love ft Myers beach and had a wonderful time experiencing dolphins and alligators! We saved a skimmer with fish and wild life. Condo was amazing

Great location, comfortable, well appointed, great view!

Our January stay was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, dishes, flatware, and utensils making cooking in easy. The king bed was super comfy. The furniture was a little dated but comfortable. There were even beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, beach buckets and toys, and pool noodles available for our use. The people living/staying here were very friendly. The area was well lit and safe. Beach walking and shelling was great. The pool area was clean and provided lots of chairs for sunning/relaxing. The only drawback here in January was the pool was shaded during most of the afternoon. It was an easy beach walk to a couple of beach bars with music and drink/food specials. Sidewalks on the opposite side of the street also made walking to shopping and restaurants enjoyable. Throw in the Farmers Market on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Santini Plaza and fresh fruits and vegetables, perfect! We had a couple of issues with appliances during our stay. The management company was very responsive to correct things and the condo owner made sure we enjoyed our stay. We would certainly give our recommendation to future travelers.

Wonderful location but......

Furnishings are always a question of taste, however a „face-lift“ would not be asking too much. The furniture was not very comfortable and the matresses definitely need to be renewed. The view from the apartment was stunning and the surroundings were clean and very well kept. The rental company was highly professional before and during our stay. We would certainly book through them again. M & L

Beautiful sunsets

Loved the location on south Fort Meyers Beach ( except for traffic). Condo was very well stocked and a welcome basket with goodies and information was a nice touch. We watched beautiful sunsets every night from our screened in balcony. The only down side was the mattress. The condo could definitely use an upgrade on the mattresses. We would rent there again if going to that area. Donna
