Thanks so much for the review, and we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. When you booked, sheets and towels were not included (including bath mats). We made them available for rent, or automatically included on longer stays. For 2020 - this will be included automatically for you so you wont have this issue going forward. Regarding the cleanliness, next time give us a call and we can look at remedying any situation for you immediately. We often can replace hardware that is past its useful life the same day! Sloan, we appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback. We're very sorry there were issues during you stay, as no one should have to worry about these things while on vacation. The dishwasher was found to need replacing, which will be happening before our next guest arrives. I do apologize for the lag time between when you reported the dishwasher and a technician coming to the property. We try our hardest to get to all guest issues as promptly as possible, but sometimes emergencies will hold up other issues being completed. However, we were able to fix the oven during your stay. We also would've been more than happy to send a housekeeper over to clean the kitchen had we been initially notified that it was not up to par. We take feedback very seriously in order to make our guest experience the best it can be. We hope you will reconsider staying with us in the future!

Hi Pamela and thank you for your feedback. As far the refrigerator, this house conveniently offers two refrigerators, one on each floor. We sent a house keeper to clean the refrigerator that you stated smelled like shrimp the very next morning since this issue wasn't reported until a few minutes before the office closed, and you sent them away and stated it was no longer needed. Also, I do hate that we were having to prepare for a hurricane during your stay. Preparation involves bringing in outdoor furniture and any loose items so nothing can blow away or cause injury to persons or properties. I apologize if that made the rug askew and brought in sand. I will make note of your suggestion to replace the rug in case the owner has plans for updates in the future.

Toula, we deeply regret that your experience renting with us was not a positive one as the guest experience is something that we are very passionate about. While we disagree with your statements regarding the photos advertising the property being inaccurate and the property needing maintenance, we understand this was your experience and will work with our teams to ensure every stay at Place Cottage is a memorable one. The home was recently spring cleaned, had all it's carpeting replaced with new carpet, new outdoor cushions, fresh paint on the exterior of the home, and quite a bit of new furniture as well all installed in the last year. The owners work very hard to maintain their home. Our team also works very closely with our housekeepers ensuring they are meeting our high standards we set for them. Vent cleaning is a requirement for every checkout clean and if that was for some reason overlooked, we do apologize and wish you had let us know so we could have had the opportunity to correct the issues you found. We are on the same team as you are and want nothing more than your family to have an incredible and relaxing vacation - please call us next time should you have any concerns and we will be happy to help! This is one of our most popular homes we rent and it rarely receives negative feedback so while we are surprised, we will make note of all your concerns and pass them along to the property owners. The rooftop deck will take your breath away as you take in a 360 degree view of the island, allowing guests to catch some of those famous WB sunrises and sunsets! Hello, Ms. Davies, and thank you for the review. We are very happy that you enjoyed the Place Cottage house and its excellent location, and hope that you had a great vacation. Based on your feedback about the bugs (which we did not receive until you checked out) we had the property professionally assessed right after you left. Like most of our properties, Place Cottage is on contract with a local pest control service and receives regular assessments and treatments. While the tech did not find anything unusual after your departure, we are always happy to have an opportunity for an extra visit! In addition to many partnerships with local vendors, we do have our own Maintenance team available to our renters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we would have loved to have had the opportunity to respond to the toilet issue you mentioned in your review. Next time you stay in a Bryant Real Estate managed property, please feel free to call us any time and we will be happy to help you out during your stay with an on-demand response from Maintenance and Housekeeping staff.
