Wonderful! Hope to see you at the beach again soon!

Hi Mark! We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope to see you again soon.

We’re very sorry Place Cottage did not meet expectations and apologize for the condition you described. We take cleanliness concerns seriously: we will investigate this reservation further as we know you were in contact with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We appreciate your detailed feedback and will use it when assessing more deeply into your comments. Thank you for visiting with us in Wrightsville Beach, we hope you'll give us another chance the next time your in our area.

Thank you for your thorough review of the property. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the deck, hammock, and ocean view. We're pleased that the overall experience was positive, including the check-in and check-out process. Your review will help us continue to improve the property and provide a great experience for our guests.

Hosting large gatherings can be challenging - but you guys were amazing and so glad things went so well for you! Looking forward to your next trip!

We are glad to hear we were able to provide accommodations during your time of need. We hope to facilitate your next visit ideally under happier circumstances of celebration.

Thank you so much for the fantastic review of Cottage Place! We are thrilled to hear that your group had such a wonderful time and that the house was the perfect fit for your needs. The combination of shared and private spaces, the well-equipped kitchen, and the beautiful views and proximity to the beach all sound like they contributed to an excellent vacation experience. We are honored that you would love to return next summer, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret the cleanliness issues you experienced during your stay. Providing a well-maintained and clean environment is a top priority for us. We will address the concerns you raised with our housekeeping team to ensure a better experience for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. We hope you had an otherwise enjoyable trip and look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for the kind words! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and we can't wait to see you back again soon!

We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your visit at Place Cottage and Wrightsville Beach, Michelle! This property is very accommodating for large families and the private road is an added bonus! We're pleased to hear you took advantage of the balcony. The ocean views are truly something special! The owner has truly gone above and beyond to be sure guests have everything they could possibly need for a successful family vacation! Please come again soon to continue making wonderful memories with your new family tradition!

Thanks so much for the review, and we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. When you booked, sheets and towels were not included (including bath mats). We made them available for rent, or automatically included on longer stays. For 2020 - this will be included automatically for you so you wont have this issue going forward. Regarding the cleanliness, next time give us a call and we can look at remedying any situation for you immediately. We often can replace hardware that is past its useful life the same day! Happy Holidays!

Sloan, we appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback. We're very sorry there were issues during you stay, as no one should have to worry about these things while on vacation. The dishwasher was found to need replacing, which will be happening before our next guest arrives. I do apologize for the lag time between when you reported the dishwasher and a technician coming to the property. We try our hardest to get to all guest issues as promptly as possible, but sometimes emergencies will hold up other issues being completed. However, we were able to fix the oven during your stay. We also would've been more than happy to send a housekeeper over to clean the kitchen had we been initially notified that it was not up to par. We take feedback very seriously in order to make our guest experience the best it can be. We hope you will reconsider staying with us in the future!

Hi Pamela and thank you for your feedback. As far the refrigerator, this house conveniently offers two refrigerators, one on each floor. We sent a house keeper to clean the refrigerator that you stated smelled like shrimp the very next morning since this issue wasn't reported until a few minutes before the office closed, and you sent them away and stated it was no longer needed. Also, I do hate that we were having to prepare for a hurricane during your stay. Preparation involves bringing in outdoor furniture and any loose items so nothing can blow away or cause injury to persons or properties. I apologize if that made the rug askew and brought in sand. I will make note of your suggestion to replace the rug in case the owner has plans for updates in the future.

Toula, we deeply regret that your experience renting with us was not a positive one as the guest experience is something that we are very passionate about. While we disagree with your statements regarding the photos advertising the property being inaccurate and the property needing maintenance, we understand this was your experience and will work with our teams to ensure every stay at Place Cottage is a memorable one. The home was recently spring cleaned, had all it's carpeting replaced with new carpet, new outdoor cushions, fresh paint on the exterior of the home, and quite a bit of new furniture as well all installed in the last year. The owners work very hard to maintain their home. Our team also works very closely with our housekeepers ensuring they are meeting our high standards we set for them. Vent cleaning is a requirement for every checkout clean and if that was for some reason overlooked, we do apologize and wish you had let us know so we could have had the opportunity to correct the issues you found. We are on the same team as you are and want nothing more than your family to have an incredible and relaxing vacation - please call us next time should you have any concerns and we will be happy to help! This is one of our most popular homes we rent and it rarely receives negative feedback so while we are surprised, we will make note of all your concerns and pass them along to the property owners. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will consider renting with us again on a future visit. Take care!

Stephanie, we appreciate your kind review from your stay at the beautiful Place Cottage and hope that your family had a fantastic stay on Wrightsville Beach! We value our guest experience and work very hard to ensure our guests have memorable and enjoyable vacations. It's wonderful to hear that everyone enjoyed this home and took full advantage of that close proximity to the beach! We would love to have you back again on your next getaway - keep Place Cottage in mind!

Thanks so much for your kind review from your stay at Place Cottage, Martha! This unit is sure to please with the spacious rooms, large decks with plenty of furniture for relaxing, and stunning ocean views. The rooftop deck will take your breath away as you take in a 360 degree view of the island, allowing guests to catch some of those famous WB sunrises and sunsets! We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen appliances and will share your observations with the owner to encourage some upgrades in the future - hopefully this did not detract any enjoyment from your week at the beach! I can confirm a new refrigerator has been ordered so updates are on the way. Thank you for trusting Bryant Real Estate with your vacation and we look forward to hosting you again - your family is always welcome. Take care!

Debra, sounds like this was the perfect rental for your vacation! We are so happy it was spacious enough for your group and you all enjoyed your stay at Place Cottage. The views are stunning from the unit, especially on the rooftop deck area where you can see a panoramic view of the island. Thank you for choosing to rent with us and we look forward to hosting your family again next time!

Thank you for your lovely review of the Place Cottage, Erin! We are thrilled to hear your large family enjoyed the home and found it to have everything you needed for a great week! It's a bummer the whole week was rainy, but hopefully you were all able to enjoy making memories some other ways. This unit has some of the best ocean views, especially from the crows nest above the deck area which it sounds like you took full advantage of! We appreciate your feedback from your private email and will pass these suggestions on to the property owner for review. We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage improvements so please know it won't go unnoticed! We appreciate you renting with our locally owned company and hope you will visit with us again next time you visit Wrightsville!

Thank you for your review and continued business, Stephanie! We are delighted to have you back as always. I appreciate your suggestions for upgraded bathrooms and kitchen and will add this to the owner suggestions list for them to review. We rely on guest feedback to encourage our owners to make improvements, both big and small. The biggest project I would say this last year was the owners purchased all new cushions for the outdoor furniture and a new grill! Would love to have you back again next year - keep in touch!

Hi Bill- Sorry to hear not all was expected. The property owners are continually doing updates to the home as I'm sure you have seen over the years of renting. We hope you enjoy your 2021 visit!

Hi Rebecca- Great to hear you loved the cottage, definitely a good spot for a larger group with the space & ample parking! We hope you'll visit again soon!

Hello, Ms. Davies, and thank you for the review. We are very happy that you enjoyed the Place Cottage house and its excellent location, and hope that you had a great vacation. Based on your feedback about the bugs (which we did not receive until you checked out) we had the property professionally assessed right after you left. Like most of our properties, Place Cottage is on contract with a local pest control service and receives regular assessments and treatments. While the tech did not find anything unusual after your departure, we are always happy to have an opportunity for an extra visit! In addition to many partnerships with local vendors, we do have our own Maintenance team available to our renters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we would have loved to have had the opportunity to respond to the toilet issue you mentioned in your review. Next time you stay in a Bryant Real Estate managed property, please feel free to call us any time and we will be happy to help you out during your stay with an on-demand response from Maintenance and Housekeeping staff. Thank you!
