When I first booked, he told me to rebook, he eventually made it supposedly work, they sent the check-in information but no check-in code, I reached out at 6 PM hours after one check-in was supposed to be. Told me he sent me the code, I told him I received no code, he did not manually send it to me, we were out there for a race, we drove all the way out to his location at 2 AM. Still did not get the check-in code. And then he continued to charge me. Would not recommend.

This was one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. The property was not properly cleaned—there was no hand soap anywhere,there was hair in the bathroom, crumbs throughout the space, and a strong mold/mildew smell, which they were trying to hide with a small air purifier and pet air freshener that only made it worse. The second room is the only rooms closet that my children couldnt even fit in and the bunk beds seemed to put together with ply wood that did not seem safe at all. There is no space in between the top bunk and ceiling for a small child to sit up in bed in. In the pictures the second bedroom picture was a picture of room one just positioned at an angle to make it look like two rooms.The most unacceptable issue was that my child found dirty underwear left behind in a basket of games which clearly indicates the property was not thoroughly cleaned between guests and is completely unsanitary and unacceptable.I brought this to the host’s attention, and while they acknowledged the issue, they only offered a 20% refund. Which doesn’t even cover the cleaning fee I had to pay! Given the condition of the property, this response was inadequate. VRBO was also no help in rectifying the situation. I would not stay here and would caution others to consider other options if cleanliness is important to you.
