Check-in is at 4 PM via keyless entry. Your personalized code will be sent two days before arrival for easy access.

1. No Parties or Gatherings
Parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $500 fine—no exceptions. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors, who are families with children.

2. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home. We use a Minut device connected to Airbnb to monitor and validate smoke claims. If smoking is detected, a $500 fee and immediate eviction will apply. An outdoor ashtray is provided off the backyard deck and one on front porch—please use them.

3. Accurate Guest Count Required
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. This allows us to provide the right number of towels, linens, and essentials to ensure a smooth stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

4. Parking Information
You may park in the interior garage or on the rock pad in the backyard. Street parking is permitted on the opposite side of the road—just be sure not to block any driveways.

5. Starter Essentials Provided
We provide complimentary starter items like toiletries, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs to help you settle in. These are meant for the first few days of your stay and may not last your entire visit.

6. Guest Screening Required
We partner with Truvi for guest screening. The application must be completed within 48 hours of booking and must match the primary guest name on your reservation. Your booking is not considered confirmed until screening is complete, as required by State and City law.

7. Tampering with WiFi or security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

8. Uncleaned blood, vomit, feces, or urine may result in an additional fee from cleaning company up to $500 hazard fee.
