Beware!! This property doesn't look like the pictures on this site!! The "Host" stays in the basement; there is no access to a washer and dryer because the entire bottom floor is off-limits. The fences in the backyard are falling down, and the lattice by the pool is broken and covered with "Fake Ivy." None of the fountains is operational. The front fountain is filled with algae and mosquito larvae, and the other in the backyard is drained and not working. As soon as you enter the property, the gate is broken and off the hinges. The trash hasn't been dumped in weeks, and there are clusters of flies that hover around the front door. Not to mention, the tenants were served with an "EVICTION NOTICE" by a process server while we were still in the house. The inside is just as bad as the outside. There is blue tape sectioning off the dishwasher that isn't working and is out of order. There is no shower on the first floor, so whomever stay on the first floor has to take a shower upstairs. The Jack and Jill bathroom has the door off the hinges as well. We noted that a light in the bathroom was out, and the host responded, "There are plenty of lights; use another one."There are also electrical hazards with face plates off of dual plugs on the wall. We had an issue with the garbage disposal not working. The host said they would make it the next day, but arrived two days later. The issue was a blown fuse; we couldn't fix it because we didn't have access to the downstairs. Terrible !!!!
