Guests have full access to the first and second floors. The basement level is reserved exclusively for our office team. They use a separate entrance and will not access any guest areas or amenities. If you need assistance during your stay, they’re nearby and happy to help.
If you prefer the team to be off-site during your visit, please let us know in advance.

**Visitor Fee**
For visitors attending events but not staying overnight, there is a fee of $35 per person per day. Depending on the specifics, we may be able to offer a partial discount.
