Room was very clean and relaxing! Parking lot is horrible. Although there are reserved parks, your vehicle may not fit.

The place overall was nice and we did have a good time with each other, but the vacation overall was clouded by the poor customer service by every single employee at Shores of Panama. Not a single person that works at that resort was friendly or even offered a single smile throughout our whole vacation. Lindsey who claims to be the general manager that works at the front desk was so unbelievably rude to me within my first 5 minutes of checking in. After the resort charged me 100 for wrist bands, Lindsey accused me of lying and stealing a wrist band when I contacted the front desk about my welcome package only having 6 of the 7 wristbands that I requested and paid for. Not to mention, I contacted the front desk within mins of getting up to my room and checking the bag. Lesson learned, I should have checked the bag and counted the wrist bands in front of her, but the point is… for any “manager” to treat a customer (especially someone who paid over a thousand dollars to visit) with such arrogance and poor attitude, needs to go back to the basics and take a class in customer service. Everyone must hate their job there because not a single customer employee looked happy, and it showed in the way you treat your customers. For that reason, we will not go back.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the Shores of Panama front desk and resort staff. Please know that our company manages individual condos only, and we do not employ, train, or oversee the resort staff, front desk, security, or wristband process. That said, we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that interaction must have been, especially right at check-in. While resort operations are outside of our control, we do care about our guests’ overall experience and are sorry that this negatively impacted your vacation. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we hope the time spent in the condo and with your family still provided some good memories.

This property has a NEST Video Doorbell.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
