•Parking: 3 cars allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage and extra parking in the driveway;
•Maximum 2 pets allowed and $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
•This home includes access to two signature experiences at Schaffer’s Mill: Golf Course (with one-week advance request) and dine at the Sawyer Restaurant (reservations made directly by phone);
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
