Putting green, hot tub, swings, & spectacular views

Our cabin is located in the heart of Garden City on the west side of Bear Lake, inside Harbor Village. We are just minutes away from the beach and Beaver Mountain. Our cabin overlooks the lake and marina and boasts AMAZING views to be enjoyed while lounging on the wrap around deck! Our property is the perfect family home to entertain everyone and includes a private hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, BBQ grill, swings, and putting green. Extremely close to popular restaurants and activities!

Recently updated and redecorated! Large deck provides a space for outdoor eating and enjoying the breathtaking views. Basement can be dedicated as space for children and includes hot shots basketball, ping pong, and bunk beds. Cabin includes two large sitting areas including televisions. Space works well for multiple families if needed.

Please be aware that 4x4, all-wheel drive, or chains may be necessary during winter months

Please note: The step from the driveway to the front porch is taller than usual. Take care when entering and exiting the house.

Please make sure that windows are closed if the AC is running. It helps keep the unit from freezing up.

CHECK OUT...
*Due to quick turnaround times during the summer months, if your party is not out of the cabin by 10am on check out day, there will be a $25 late fee*

Please do not leave dishes in the sink, start the dishwasher before leaving.

Remove sheets from beds and leave them on the floor.

Garbage needs to be taken to the trash bins at the entrance of Harbor Village before you leave.

Please note there are three cameras located on the outside of the house, for our protection as well as yours.
