Lots of natural light through generous windows, with built in blackout shades. Naturally cool even on hot summer days.
In a Nice Peaceful Setting against Tubbs Hill, yet Walking Distance to Sherman Ave, Downtown Events that CDA hosts, etc. Paved Bike Trail Nearby. Friendly Deer and Turkeys frequently come through property. Off-street Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Maximum two person occupancy. Call for a Showing.
