Cottage in perfect downtown CDA location

A very charming and cozy cottage! Within walking distance of lakeside beaches, Tubbs Hill hiking trails, McEuen Park, and downtown CdA. A wonderful place to stay in CdA!

Love this place

Have stayed at this property before, and will again in the future. Close to downtown, super quiet and comfortable with an awesome tub and gorgeous stained glass window's. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Perfect Get a Way

The properry was very nice. Just the right size for my husband and I. We fell in love with it the moment we saw it. Quite neighborhood, perfect location to Tubs Hill and down town. People in the area were so polite. We would stay there again.

Anniversary Getaway

Wife and I enjoyed our two night getaway to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Nice cozy, romantic cabin. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. We hope to someday stay here again. Dave & Valerie

Perfect location. Great place for couples.

Great neighborhood. Two blocks from Tubbs Hill/Sanders Beach and within walking distance of downtown. Very quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. House layout is a little odd. One room has a lot of cabinets/closets that were either full or too small. Room would make an excellent walk-in closet someday. Owner very easy to communicate with. We would recommend staying here.

Lovely House to relax in CDA

Highly recommend this place to others. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. The location was perfect for walking to downtown CDA. The neighborhood was quiet so it was just the relaxation we needed.

Long Weekend CDA Getaway

Excellent communication with the owners! Property was clean and well-stocked with the essentials. Perfect location as we were able to walk/bike everywhere and settled in a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back to CDA and hope to stay in the same place!

Walkable to everythjng

Condo is in a great location to beach, Tubbs hill, McEuen Park and downtown. Parked the car when we arrived and never needed it. Bikes a nice bonus!!! Cute cottage is in very nice neighborhood and was just as pictured and described. (Outdoor area is a bit overgrown and could really stand to be spruced up and cottage washed down). Had a little hiccup receiving door code in timely manner but they were quick to respond If you have never been to Coeur d’Alene, add to your bucket list. One of the cutest little towns we have ever visited. Highly recommend a visit and a stay at this cottage.

Very nice place, convenient to town, nice amenities. The only issue we had was a shortage of towels. We got only one washcloth for two people for two days!

This is a cute, somewhat quirky property on a beautiful residential street. It is very conveniently located to downtown, and it is a short walk to Sanders beach.

Great location. Within walking distance to the Beach and very short drive to downtown and Tubbs Hill. My husband appreciated having access to a bike. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer stay

Cute property in a very convenient location. The property is very dark inside due to the stain glass windows and overgrown trees and bushes. AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The outside could use a washdown as it was very dusty with cobwebs when sitting outside. Great location walking distance from the beach, Tubbs Hill, and downtown. We would stay again.

Renewed and restored

This location is perfect for walking to the beach, hiking trails by the lake, walking downtown for coffee and dinner. The property is so quiet , quaint neighborhood, and great for reading outside, happy hours at home, journaling. Wonderful stay!

This is a unique cottage featuring stained glass windows for privacy and a modern but comfortable furnished home you will want to kick your feet up and relax in after a long day enjoying the outdoors. Even on rainy days you will want to sit under the covered porch or stay inside and watch movies on Netflix, Amazon and Spectrum TV app.
Enjoy an entire home to yourself for a romantic getaway.
Out the front door you are less than 5 minutes to the beach and access to Tubbs Hill. Walking through the neighborhood you will see unique homes of all styles and sizes. Wild turkeys roam the streets and a few resident deer roam around at night. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch while soaking in the clean North Idaho air.
