Bright, open guesthouse near Cohasset harbor with water views, this delightful space offers a peaceful retreat. Two bedrooms, one with king bed, second with two full size beds. Sleeps up to six. Full bathroom, laundry with washer/dryer, and full kitchen with island that opens onto a spacious living room. Large deck provides pleasant outdoor space to relax. Amenities include AC, high speed WiFi, large screen TV with premium channels, and a desk workspace. Guesthouse is 1250 sf on a single floor above stand alone four car garage. Plenty of parking.

Very clean and comfortable, great location and Rebecca was really helpful and quick to respond! 13yo and 10yo also loved it for those that have kids. Would definitely stay again!

We visit family every year for Labor Day and we were very excited to find a place nearby. Cohasset is a cute little hamlet and our host Rebecca made sure to make us feel welcome. She was super responsive and had some generous snacks and coffee to get us started. The location was quiet yet a short walk to the water or into town for food and shopping. We loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the cool nights and starry skies. We will definitely be back!

Booking Rebecca’s place for our recent stay in Cohasset was a stroke of luck because Cohasset is not a tourist town with an abundance of lodging options. It is an idyllic coastal village that, in the words of my teenage son, “looked like a great place to raise a family.” To me, it looked like a Norman Rockwell painting. Staying at Rebecca’s place allowed us to live like locals while we were there. The spacious apartment is situated at the end of a tree-lined driveway, not visible from the road, above a garage that is separate from the main house. It was spotlessly clean and full of light.One amenity that distinguished it from other places we have stayed was the tray of Trader Joe’s goodies that greeted us upon arrival. We truly appreciated that kindness, especially because we arrived after the grocery stores had closed. We also appreciated the beach towels that were provided and used them when we went to the public beach in Nantasket. Rebecca was an excellent host!
