Great property and exactly as advertised. Elvis is a great host and clear communicator. I will definitely considered staying at any of his properties.

Our blended family has traveled all over the world staying in rental homes, and this one was our favorite so far! The beachfront location and gorgeous sunsets created a relaxed vibe, while we had so many choices on how to spend time together. We made our own breakfast everyday in the very well-appointed kitchen (gas stove!), and ventured out to the local restaurants to enjoy fresh seafood at night. Having a washer/dryer was handy and the hosts provided many other entertainment options like board games, Atari, kayaks and bicycles. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for helping our family make wonderful memories together!

Incredibly fantastic location, right on the water, with beach literally outside the door. Low tide allowed an opportunity to explore and high tide an opportunity to swim and listen to the tides roll in. I was very much looking forward to enjoying the hot tub on the 2nd story deck off the master bedroom and was a bit disappointed that half of the jets didn't work on the aged hot tub. Nevertheless, the water was warm and it was nice to relax and watch the planes depart and land at Logan at night. The house was outfitted with just about anything one may need for a beach-side coastal getaway. Would be mindful of very young children as there is some peeling paint, fragile items and hazards. Overall, great location! Great getaway for a big family or friends with lots of space and different areas throughout the property to enjoy!

Christopher, sorry to hear the non-working jets on the hot tub lead to a 4 star review. We always strive for a perfect stay but sometimes things are out of our control. I wish you would have given us an opportunity to address the hot tub issue but we never heard from you about it during your stay. We hope we can host you again in the near future.

We chose this location because we wanted to be close to Boston but not actually have to be in the city for our stay. The photos posted VRBO were accurate and we found the house to be very clean and well-appointed. There isn't anything they didn't think of. The water view was a bonus as was all the options for outdoor activities. There were bikes to ride, kayaks to paddle, boogie boards and paddle boars along with life jackets for safety...and a nice sized hot tub off of the primary bedroom. I'd love to live in this home if I could. The problem for us was that we were caught by the Nor'easter which severely limited our outdoor plans. In fact, we were unable to use any of it. But we felt completely safe in the house during the storm. We sat in the living room and watched the waves and wind. We ate at local restaurants, best lobster ever! very friendly people everywhere we went. And Cleveland won the baseball game we came to see in the legendary Fenway Park! Very happy about that!! Anyway, during the storm, our host communicated with us regularly, offered to bring flashlights and batteries...and even offered to extend our stay at a discount so we would not have to drive in the storm. Go ahead and book your stay! The place is amazing!
