Beach Front w/Great Amenities

Beautiful home with great views steps from the beach. Our kids loved the bunk room. The living room and kitchen are spacious enough for all of us to gather after spending the day on the beach. We didn't have time to use the fire pit but the seating area and everything was perfect. Loved the new soccer pool table, swim spa, swings, and dart board too. Everything was clean and as expected. Great service as usual.

Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and hosting our son’s one year old birthday party here! The house was beautiful, spacious for our family, and well maintained. The beach is steps away from the downstairs outdoor patio (great btw). 10/10 recommend!

Memorial Day Getaway

This property was more than expected. The close proximity to the beach provided amazing views of the sunrise/sunset each day. We had everything we needed and I’m so thankful because we had limited packing space for our trip. The home was clean and well decorated. It’s was up to date with technology and there were family games. Added bonus was the outside bbq grill and beach chairs. We truly enjoyed our visit and will be booking again. Kudos to the owners!!

Great!

The house was great, it had everything we needed for our family. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and also being a little further away from other areas of houses were the density of people was higher. The terrace was our place to be! It was great for mornings and evenings with the family. The house could have some minor updating but for sure we would stay. Thanks again.

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beachfront property. The property is exactly as pictured. The hosts are very responsive. I loved all the games that were in the living room. The house even had beach toys under the house for the kids. The only improvement areas I would note is that the area under the house had not been fully cleaned and had some trash left in the area under the stairs. We were hanging out down there because it’s absolutely beautiful, and looking at that took away from the area a bit. I let the hosts know this so I believe they will make sure it gets cleaned up. Also they provide just enough towels. Not a single extra. So I recommend being prepared to wash or bring a few extras. If I were ever staying in Port Bolivar again, I would stay at this home!

Absolutely beautiful!!! Was very communicative with updates about power after Hurricane Beryl came through. House was perfectly stocked with everything that we needed, plenty of room for all 9 of us. Was very relaxing. We will definitely rent this house again.

Beach Trip 2024

Location is family friendly. This is one of two houses next to each other. No other houses close by. Just steps from the beach which makes it easy for the grandkids to go back and forth between the beach and the house. There is plenty of outdoor furniture both upstairs and downstairs. You will need to bring extra laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing liquid. Great place to stay!

Family Beach Vacation 2024

This is our second time to stay here. Our family loves it here. Could use 1 more bathroom, lol. My sister and her family stayed in the other house, was nice to be so close to them and not have to drive to visit with them. Definitley will be back.

Family Spring Break

Our favorite vrbo house! Repeat guests we’ve stayed in both houses. We stayed during spring break. The beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. Owners keep house clean and updated. Great location and easy beach access. Our family always enjoys this trip. Highly recommended!

Getting no response from owner of a miserable vacation at their filthy, disrepair house. To name a few: no water pressure, no sheets/filthy sheets and duvet; sleeping without sheets, nasty towels, filthy windows, cobwebs, no can opener, no wine glasses, holes in wall, broken outdoor faucets/outdoor shower, etc... House not as advertised. I could not wait to leave this property. I want a partial refund.

Great family outing. Beach is fantastic. Houses are great but need some routine maintenance like AC Filters and towel rods replaced. Also a couple of the pocket doors are off track. Overall it was a good time and we would definitely rebook.

Great family stay

I stayed at the opposite house last year and returned this year to rent both sides. Love the privacy of the location. When we arrived we had an issue with the electric/wifi and they had someone out to fix it amazingly fast. We were really impressed by their responsiveness.
