Location - this home is walking distance to restaurants and activities found at Lake James/Jimmerson Lake 4 Corners. Take a morning stroll for Tom's Donuts or dine at one of the menu restaurant options
Space - This unique lakefront house is divided into two separate but connected living areas. The front portion of the house includes 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and open concept kitchen, dining & living. The back part of the house includes a bunk room (2 sets of bunk beds) with 2nd kitchen, 1 full bath, and another quaint sitting/eating area. Sleeping 14, this house provides ample space to spread out with plenty of beds, baths, and 2 kitchens!
Sandy Beach -you could not ask for more outside! A large deck overlooks beautiful Lake James and the sprawling flat back yard. There is dock space available for your boat and even a sandy beach, perfect for the kids in your group!
This gorgeous property checks off everything on your list for the perfect "Lake Life" getaway! We look forward to being your host!
