Relax, Enjoy, and create memories in our newly built home in 2023! Here are a few details of our property:

Main Floor - Boasts a large open concept Kitchen Entertainment area with ample cooking space and a large island, and kitchen table that shares the entertainment living room area for ultimate inside entertaining!

Upper Floor - Our master bedroom with walk out to upper patio is very ample boasting a large walk through closet area (one side has room for an infant sleeping area) to a 5 piece bathroom. There is a queen size bedroom overlooking the lake, along with a kids bunkbed bedroom with full size bed, and another queen size bedroom. Our mid level has another bedroom with a full size bed.

Outside - We absolutely love our Outside Oasis!. Our home has an upper deck for quiet nights or overlooking the "lakefront grounds" with a gorgeous view. The lower patio area that walks out from the Main level has a huge BBQ with prep cart, 6 seat patio table along with a picnic table beside it. Walking towards the lake, we have a beautiful patio with a view that is also absolutely gorgeous with ample seating and space for a large family. Moving down towards the lake our Mid level boasts some loungers for those wishing to "soak up the sun". At the lake there is a dock for fishing, boats, and a grassy area for lounging. Yes we said "gorgeous" more than once, because we think you are going to love our Outside Oasis!

Front of House - This is plenty of room for parking cars, Boat trailer, etc on driveway and is easily accessible from Orland Road

Other Info - House has air conditioning, Smart TVS to log into your favorite streaming subscription, WIFI enabled, Kitchen carries all basic amenities Coffee/tea maker, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, Both Upper Bathrooms Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, Mid Level Shower and hair dryers in all bathrooms.

****We also have on site a 2023 Bennington Pontoon Boat with 115hp Available for Rental for experienced boat users.****



Crooked Lake is an 800 acre all sports lake with 3 large connecting basins. The home is located on the 3rd basin, which enjoys a reputation for being one of the best 2 mile runs for skiing and wake boarding in the area complete with a slalom course! The fish are plentiful too! You can also just relax and enjoy watching the action from the decks or shore. Weekly 7 day rental runs Friday (4pm check-in) to Friday (10am check-out) from May 24th holiday week to Labor Day holiday week. Winter, spring, fall only require a 3 day minimum. Bring your water toys and/or boat (rentals available on the lake) and get ready to have a vacation to remember with family and friends.

A group of six of us have spent a 4-day weekend together every fall for the past 30 years, always renting a different house on Vrbo. We are old and finicky. And we have nothing but praise for the Large Family Lakehouse on Crooked Lake. The main area -- kitchen, dining area, family room -- was spacious, extremely well lit, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable -- a HUGE plus for us -- and there were plenty of bathrooms. And -- who knew? -- Angola is a very pleasant town to spend time in. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Family Vacation

We highly recommend this beautiful lake home. It was perfect for our family- 8 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 3 and under. The host was welcoming, helpful and responsive with any questions. The home was very clean and comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed including high chairs and a pack n play. The large kitchen was well furnished and the two refrigerators were a bonus. The swim area was great for the little ones with sand and also shallow enough they could enjoy the water. The pontoon was like new and provided a way for us all to go visit family and friends on the lake. Our family loved this property and will definitely be returning!

House was in perfect/brand new condition. Very clean. Had something to do for everyone - From water activities to board games they had everything you’d need Activity wise for vacation for an entire family.. responded quickly to any questions. Beautiful sunsets and awesome views of everyone doing water activities.

Beautiful Home on Crooked Lake

Our family stayed at this home for our family vacation this year, and we had a great experience! The home is beautiful, and Chad was great to work with! We’ve rented many homes on the lake for the last 20+ years, and this house was by far one of the best! We had space for everyone and a gorgeous view of the lake. Chad was easy to work with and communicated quickly whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home. We’ve already re-booked for next year! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing and great stay

Enjoyed our stay, house is brand new, great indoor layout along with the terraced stone patios and upstairs master bedroom deck. Really couldn’t ask for more, very suitable for larger groups. Host was great, easily reachable for anything needed. Highly recommend for a great vacation home.

Great property with amazing views!

We rented this VRBO while in town for our son’s graduation from Trine University. There were 8 of us. The property is amazing. The property is new/updated and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked well for cooking needs and second fridge great for additional food/drinks. The lake views are beautiful. Wish we had more time to just relax on the patios enjoying the quiet, peaceful views! Would definitely come back if there’s an opportunity!!

Brand new house

24th annual golf trip to Angola to play Glendarin Hills. Beautiful new house on the lake. Chef's kitchen with all the amenities you need. Owner communication was great, and he was very helpful when we had questions. Would recommend this property and owner.

A Slice of Paradise

Our family had an incredible summer vacation at this newly built home on Crooked Lake. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the spacious and gorgeous home that catered perfectly to our needs. The main floor's open kitchen and entertainment area provided a fantastic space for family bonding and gathering. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the large island and kitchen table allowed us to cook and actually all eat together- huge plus! Overall, an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. The rest of the house was equally impressive. The walkout patio off the master was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before joining the rest of the family for a day of adventure. The other bedrooms provided ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. The outside oasis truly lived up to its name! Between the BBQ, patio table, and picnic table, we were all even able to eat right next to the stunning lake. We highly recommend this vacation rental to families seeking a memorable getaway.

Perfect Family Getaway

What an experience! Such a beautiful location with enough space to grill and cook with my family. One of my favorite things about this location is how peaceful it was. If you're looking to get away and have a relaxing weekend, this is the place! I invited my sister's and their families and there was enough room for all of us! The worst part was having to leave and go back home. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Very clean and you can tell it is newly renovated/built.

We rented for many years on Crooked Lake 3rd basin because of the many things it has to offer. Skiing/Wakeboarding on 3rd basin. Tubing on 2nd basin. Sandbar visits to the 1st basin along with close to all amenities in Town with EXCELLENT eating establishments around.
