Seamless and pleasant

We really, really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and simple. The neighborhood is quiet and within a block of a convenience if you wanna stop and grab a snack before you tuck in for the night. The A/C cranks which is great in the Texas heat. We were freezing (in a good way).The host is very kind and responds very quickly if you need anything. You will hear folks coming and going from the main house but everyone was pretty quiet. We met a few of the neighbors and everyone was so nice. We hope to stay here again if available! Denton is the best!

The rental hone is a converted garage apartment. It is nicely furnished, but several things were just not quite right. First, the foot traffic in and out of the house was unusual. My husband past right by someone exiting the house who didn't acknowledge him at all. It felt very strange, but we entered the property. We felt the bed was too soft and the bed frame was very squeaky. When my husband attempted to shower, the hot water was non-existent. I let the host know via text as no one seemed to be home. He was very nice and stated a plumber would be there the next morning. We decided to return home since we were leaving the nest morning. The host provided us a full refund. A few other things to mention - this street seems to be popular with a certain motorcycle driver. In the short time we were there, we could hear him drive back and forth. Inntge evening, it was too dark to type in the house code without using a flashlight. I let the owner know that it was too dark. I wished our experience would have been different because we were exhausted and did not look forward to a long drive home.
