Everything in this home is brand new! From the stylish tile flooring to the modern furnishings, we`ve carefully curated each space to make you feel welcome and at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, cookware, and all necessary essentials.

This spacious and well-appointed home has two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable bed— one king-size and one queen-size. The living room boasts plush sectional seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

In the full and expansive kitchen, you`ll find everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, including a dedicated coffee station with a pod coffee machine, a manual espresso maker, and coffee and tea supplies.

The house is tiled throughout and features a ceiling fan in the dining area to keep the temperature comfortable. To add convenience and fun to your stay, we`ve provided kids` toys, board games, four beach chairs, a cooler, four beach towels, and a pickleball set. Families traveling with little ones can request a Pack `n Play.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, backyard patio, and private parking.

For parking, use the designated spot behind the far right gate. Please note that there are two spaces, with each unit allocated one. Please only use one spot and leave room for the other guest. The storage closet in the kitchen is reserved for maintenance and housekeeping.

Minimize Sand Indoors
We kindly ask that guests brush off excess sand before entering the unit or using the shower, as sand can cause serious plumbing issues. Excessive sand buildup in the drains may result in an additional maintenance fee. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
