The property has everything you could possibly want! The private backyard is wonderful with two fire pits and other seating areas. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated with Cape Cod decor. We were sad when we had to leave!Brenda was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Loved everything about the entire experience!

My family and I had a great 2 night stay at Brenda's property! The house is very well maintained, in a great location on the Cape, spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. Everything you could need was included in the house, and the communication with Brenda was excellent. She even included a recommendation and information about a Festival in Yarmouth that was happening during our stay, which ended up being hugely helpful as the family loved the Festival! Also has a really great backyard with plenty of seating and indoor/outdoor games provided. The family has already discussed making this an annual trip!
