Welcoming up to 9 guests, our spacious 3-level Townhome offers 3 decorated bedrooms, 2 sofa beds (6 beds total), and 2.5 bathrooms—perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission.

-Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
