Parking is very easy and plentiful around the property on the street in front.

*Please note that the basement and garage are not accessible to guests. It is a completely different entrance and you will not be disturbed.

Other things to note
*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small dogs only, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No dogs on beds furniture pls. Note: A $250 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your dogs are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

*If dog hair is found on linens you will be responsible for an additional $100 fee to cover linen replacement as we’ve found despite laundering it is not removed.

*I will provide you with a dog bed if advanced notice of 1 week is given.

*There is a security camera at the doorway only. No camera inside the house.

*There are also several paid laundromats nearby.
