✔ The garbage Service date is every Monday at 6 AM, if you are staying on Sunday night, please help us pull the black bins out. If you are checking in after the service, please help us roll the black bins back in.

This home was in the perfect location. Just steps from the beach but set back far enough to avoid any street noises. Home was clean, fully equipped to cook and very comfortable all around. Would highly recommend this great home.

Beautiful location, thoughtfully furnished 2-bdrm house, with well stocked kitchen. Great place from which to explore Alki beach and West Seattle. Easy assess to restaurants as well as free bus to foot ferry to city, and 3 bus up the hill to groceries and more. Highly recommend it, even kids toys in closet!

We had the most wonderful stay at this ALKI Beach House! The house is well stocked if you want to do a little light cooking. The place is spotless and well decorated for a cozy beach vibe. This location is perfect! You can walk to a couple of parks, the beach, cafes, shops, etc. And if you need a big grocery store or drugstore, you are a short drive away. If you are looking at this listing for consideration, book it now! You won’t be disappointed! Grace is a great host. Thank you!

Family visit

We were visiting our daughter and found this place close to where she lives. The location is so close to the water and restaurants. It’s clean and well stocked. We loved everything about it and definitely hope to stay there next time we come to Seattle.

Ideal for families

This place was ideal for our needs. We wanted to stay in a quiet neighborhood near the beach with easy access to downtown. The house is newly renovated and clean. The beach is a few minutes walk if you want to stroll along the Puget Sound. There is also a place that sells baked goods and coffee around the corner. Very pleasant!

The best!!!

Amazing

This house was perfect for our family of 5! Very close to the beach and once the car was parked, we didn't need to move it! The house was clean with everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions and we would rent this house and from the owner again! Thank you for a great place to stay on our Seattle vacation!

Perfection

This little gem of a beach bungalow is the perfect location. We stayed for 9 days and it was amazing. The house is has great parking, is super close to all activities on Alki, and has a kitchen, bathroom, living and dining space that are beautifully done. We are ready to book again next summer!

bright clean modern house only two houses away from Alki beach

The house was very clean and had most everything we needed. It is only two houses away from the beach, and has a small ocean view. There is off street parking which is a big bonus in that area. There was a small snafu with check-in but Carson was able to help us out. Communication with hosts was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

This cottage was wonderful and the location was perfect. It’s just steps away from the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our early morning walks and being able to walk to grab a drink or delicious dinner. The cottage had everything we needed, nice washer/dryer, kitchen implements, comfortable beds, and room enough for our things. The decoration is light, airy and very cute. Also having parking at the house was a huge convenience . The owner is very responsive and nice. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended!

Effortless and comfortable

Our son and daughter in law live in Seattle. We were visiting them and we all love to hang out in the Alki Beach area. They have a dog and I knew we’d want to take walks and catch dinner, etc. This rental was perfect for us. The house is perfectly located and is very clean and has lots of things to accommodate a comfy stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern with a nice shower. The kitchen has everything you’d need but we mostly just did snacks and morning coffee. We would stay here again.

Alki Beach Retreat

I just spent four nights at this property with my daughter and my three grandchildren who are 3, 3, and 5. This house is half a block from Alki Beach and half a block from a city park with fun toys for the kiddos. The area is beautiful. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. Thankfully, this property has ample parking as the street is a bit narrow and residents park in the street. It was very hot during our visit, and the owners supplied extra fans to help cool the house. We will be back!!!!!
