You’ll be close to everything in this centrally-located home. Beautifully updated with full kitchen, large family room, sleeper sofa all in very open floor plan. Unit walks out directly to covered back porch and fenced back yard. Perfect for weekend group or longer.

This property is in a great location. It has off street parking, a well equipped kitchen (including a generous amount of coffee), and is a good size. Check-in was easy.Unfortunately, the property was not clean. There were crumbs on the couch, huge dust bunnies and a sock (!) under the couch, dust and dead insects on the window sills and the microwave had grease and food residue. There was no soap for washing dishes, neither liquid soap nor dishwasher pods. There were, however, two dirty glasses. The couch, while large and comfy, is quite stained.We contacted the host but he was unable to get the cleaner back until halfway through our stay, so we cleaned ourselves. He did open the apartment above us so that we could get dish soap.We were disappointed about the cleanliness and not having a prompt resolution. Other than that, it would’ve been a good stay.

Thank you for the kind words about our home, i'm glad you enjoyed many features of our place. It's unfortunate that my cleaner didn't do a good enough job for your stay. This has Never happened before, my (long time) cleaner usually does a great job.. so not sure why she didn't do a good enough job this time. I've discussed all of these details and know that she'll pay extra attention for future guests! Thank you

Our 4th of july

The place is a good house for our small family. It has a good size kitchen for meal preparation. It kept a good temperature inside the house. The water heater kept up with our family of 5. I did wish for a small half bath. Never fails that 2 people needing the toilet. My grandson loved to play in the backyard. We did have the downstair apartment. The washer and dryer are in the basement.
