Rural & Winter Travel Advisory
• Power outages may occur due to the rural nature of the area.
• Very little cell reception at the property:
• Verizon: Spotty connection.
• AT&T: Loses connection after Hwy 49.
• T-Mobile: Loses connection before turning onto Jerseydale Rd.
• WiFi is available at the property.
• Chains are required in winter months. Roads may be closed by local law enforcement due to snow and ice conditions. Be sure to check local road conditions before traveling.

Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
We’re happy to welcome guests traveling with trained service dogs. In accordance with ADA guidelines, service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left alone in the home.

Please note that emotional support animals (ESAs) are not recognized as service animals under ADA. If you're traveling with an ESA, we kindly ask that you let us know when booking.

We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval - just give us a heads-up when booking. Due to allergies and safety concerns, we’re unable to accommodate cats, birds, or exotic animals.

We love and welcome all well-behaved dogs! They’re family - but please:
• Follow the posted dog rules inside
• Let us know if your pup will be home alone
• You are responsible for any mess or damages
• We’ve provided dog towels - please rinse them outside
• No dogs on furniture or in the tub/shower

★ IMPORTANT REMINDERS ★
• Report any discrepancies within the first 24 hours
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPINNG on the property. This is a high risk fire area. Even smoking outside poses a huge fire risk.
• Our home is not childproof - supervise little ones
• Keep doors closed to help keep pests out
• We use pet-safe pest control to avoid harsh chemicals
• Do not tamper with security devices - doing so may result in early termination of your stay and loss of deposit
• No EV charging - if we find out you are charging your vehicle - you will be issued $100/day fine
• You must be present at check-in - no third-party bookings allowed

★ AIR CONDITIONER/HEATER ★
Enjoy the comfort! This is not a central air AC, this is a mini split system. It cannot be used in cooling mode when temperature outside reached below 65F. Remember to turn it off when you leave to help conserve energy
