Located near the Yosemite National Park, our home offers easy access to some of the area's top-rated attractions. Our fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with your loved ones. Our spacious living room, complete with a 75" 4K smart TV, comfortable sofas, and board games, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Our three comfortable bedrooms, featuring king and queen-sized beds and resort-style amenities, provide a luxurious escape after a busy day. The house features 2.5 bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom, all stocked with clean towels and essential toiletries.

Step outside onto the covered patio, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the natural environment while relaxing in the luxurious hot tub or sitting around the magical fire pit. Our outdoor area features a game room, playground with swings, corn hole, and a lush lawn perfect for outdoor dining and games.

As our guest, you will have full access to the entire property, including the living areas, bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all that Black Bear Escape has to offer. We're locals, and we have the answers to all your questions. Happy Travels!

Please note that our home is pet-friendly, and we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the cleanliness of our property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, and any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

We ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from hosting any parties or events. Please inform the owner or property manager if you have any unregistered visitors. Events or large gatherings on the property without prior written approval are not permitted.

Our home features a strict cancellation policy and individual $500 fee for breaking any of the house rules. Please note that our property is in the greater Yosemite area, which is considered a high-risk fire area, all year round, and is not protected under AirBnB's extenuating circumstance policy. With this in mind, we recommend purchasing separate travel insurance.

Great location, very quiet but still close to town. The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our host were wonderful, which is very important to us! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Yosemite Getaway

Very peaceful stay. The house was very clean and the we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The center of Yosemite is within an hour and 15 minutes so this was a very convenient for our family getaway.

Fantastic home and hosts

We’ve stayed in over 40 homes in the past 5 years. This was the best equipped of any. I can’t think of a single touch that was missed. Start with the basics- the place was very clean, beds great, showers great, kitchen well stocked, terrific TV and sitting areas. Now the extras- fun game room in a detached garage with ping pong, pool table, extra TV, lovely back yard with multiple sitting areas , fire pit, hot tub, and tranquil setting. Plenty of games inside too. Only 5 minutes from the quaint town of Mariposa. Plus the hosts had their act completely together. Lots of great, proactive communication. Quick responses to my inquiries. Just a great place all around.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house a lot. The communication with the host was easy, the house was clean and beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The property is gorgeous and so green at the moment, we couldn’t get enough of sitting outside. The fire pits and game room are a great plus!

Great Experience!

Our family loved the house! Very private with lots of outdoor lighting. It was super clean both in and out with tons of space outdoors for the kids to ride their bikes and play. Loved the outdoor seating for sunny morning breakfasts and fire pits for the cool nights. We had minor issues with the hot tub not working but the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Other than that, it was better than expected! Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!

Relaxing Yosemite Stay

Our family of 5 (ages 15, 11 and 11) stayed 2 nights in March and had an amazing stay. The house was beyond clean and stocked full of everything we needed- shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee and a kitchen filled with everything anyone could possible need. The kids loved the garage game room (short walk outside) and we spent evening hours playing ping pong, pool and Jenga. The hot tub was clean and ready to go while the host had extra beach towels just for its use. We appreciated the amazing communication from our hosts before our stay but also during our stay. They checked in multiple times to make sure we were settled and happy. Downtown is a few minute drive away and it took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to make it to Yosemite Valley floor. March was a perfect time to visit without many visitors and we'd definitely come back to this property!

Lovely house

We really enjoy our stay, house was very big spacious and nice! Love the outdoor patio everything was perfect for our family getaway! We had few issues but the owner help us and assist us in our needs. We definitely would like to stay here again.
