The deck is outfitted with a BBQ and lounge furniture.The second floor is 14 stairs up and here you will find a partially open loft with queen size bed as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed in the same room. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your arrival date and receive a refund of your deposit less the $99.00 booking fee plus applicable taxes if you cancel less than 14 days before arrival your deposit is non-refundable. and #8239;Final payment is charged to your credit card 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of the booking.

As all cottages are privately owned, every effort is made to accommodate cottage preferences however specific cottage assignment cannot be guaranteed.

Breakaway Vacations is not responsible for any liability, financial loss, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. We strongly suggest trip interruption /cancellation insurance.

If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances noted above, only future stay credits for the total amount of the reservation paid will be issued. No refunds will be given, and the credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. Future stay credits may be used towards a booking on any of the properties managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1-year expiry date from time of cancellation date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests who choose to depart prior to their scheduled check out date remain responsible for the full balance of their reservation. Refunds or credits will not be provided for unused nights. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
