Close walk to the beach. Convenience store gas stations also short walk. Everything from McDonald's to really fine dining nearby. The Host was responsive and even made us a special accommodation the day of checkout. The building is older so wear and tear is expected especially around the pool area. The only knock inside the apartment is the pull-out couch was not usable because it was in such poor condition. We were planning on using the sofa bed but luckily we had brought an air mattress just in case. The appliances are good, if they would just upgrade the furniture to better sofas it would go a long way. We would definitely stay again! Thanks

Great location. Had everything a block away. But could use better instructions and accurate on how to access the building. Building code given was incorrect, had a resident open the door for me. New set of white towels. Towels that were there were discolored and looked used and other kitchen appliances. But overall the stay was good.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of beachside relaxation and city convenience. Just steps from the ocean, Marbella is in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach—an area known for its safety, walkability, and vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere.

The neighborhood feels like a peaceful retreat with palm-lined streets, beautiful parks, and easy beach access, while still being close to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. We love how everything is within walking distance, and guests often comment on how quiet and relaxing the area is, especially in the evenings. It’s truly a place where you can unwind and feel at home.

Our property stands out for its unbeatable location just steps from the beach, paired with thoughtful comfort and style.
