The Home:

The main level features a spacious living room, an engaging dining area perfect for shared meals and entertaining, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. 

Open the panoramic, west-facing cantina doors to fully appreciate the indoor/outdoor living space which leads to a charming front patio where you can lounge in the ocean breeze and bask in the golden sunset views.

Spanning two luxurious levels, retreat to three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed with comfort and serenity in mind. The expansive primary suite is a true sanctuary with boasting ocean views, a luxury king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and ample closet space. Guest access

Sleeps up to six people. Two king-size beds and one queen-size bed. Guests have the entire home to themselves along with a private fenced in yard and a detached two car garage. Yale keyless door entry coded uniquely to each guest.

Interaction with guests

We like to have our customer service leader Stacey Peterson meet all guests upon check-in and give a tour of the property.  Managing partner Keith Clarke lives a short drive away and is always available via phone or text. If you find that the home seems to be missing something that you’ll need during your stay, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re happy to accommodate requests.

REFUND POLICY

- Cancellations with More Than 120 Days’ Notice: Full refund.
- Cancellations Between 120 Days and 90 Days Before Check-In: Partial refund (75%).
- Cancellations Between 90 Days and 60 Days Before Check-In: Partial refund (50%).
- Cancellations Between 60 Days and 30 Days Before Check-In: Partial refund (25%).
- Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: No refund.

Events Outside Our Control:

If you need to cancel within the “no refund” window, we will attempt to re-rent the property and refund you at your nightly rate for all the nights we are able to rent.
