We often stay in the ADU basement, but have a private entrance. Please don't park in front of the RV pad, so we have access.
No pets or parties allowed. We’re near Hwy 6 (2 minutes away) and I‐15 (7 minutes). UVU is roughly 22 minutes away.
Rules:
No third party reservation—If you book, you must also be staying in the unit.
The reservation must list the number of people who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house or on the premises. We do have exterior cameras, and you will be charged for extra guests.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. If we receive complaints regarding noise, we will kindly provide a reminder. If complaints continue you may be asked to leave.
No shoes in the house
No open flame candle burning inside the house.
No excessive drinking. No smoking, vaping or drugs on the premise.
Please do not park cars with leaks on the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street if needed. No parking or driving on the grass.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
No brought-in speakers, no glitter, no tape on walls, no confetti.
Do not unscrew, remove, open or tamper with any locked doors or restricted areas throughout the property.
No tampering with cameras or wifi.
No mail or packages.
No moving furniture.
Please use the range hood when cooking strong odor foods and open the windows for ventilation.
Breaking of rules may result in being asked to leave.
