Relax in this 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom private basement unit in Spanish Fork. The charming space features two queen beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy a cozy living and dining room with extra comfy furniture, a 55" 4k smart TV, lots of natural light, a beautiful fenced backyard (shared with upstairs guests) with a patio and swingset, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and easy driveway and street parking. The location is exceptional, in a very peaceful neighborhood with amazing proximity to I-15, the Spanish Fork River trail (access is only 4 houses away!), the SF Sports Park, the new SF Rec Center (check out their huge water slides!), other parks, and much more!

Great basement apartment to use! You can tell its been recently updated. It was clean and comfortable. Only down side is being below people so you hear them walking around and such but it wasn't too bad and didn't effect what we had going on.
