•Parking: There is room for 3 cars in the driveway. This home does not have a garage. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•This home is at the end of a one lane shared driveway, please use caution getting in and out.
•No pets (family allergies);
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
