Steps to the Sand! Coastal Condo with Heated Pool Access

Welcome to Southern Seas – your perfect beachside escape! Located just steps from the sand, this charming condo offers comfort, convenience, and classic Florida vibes.

Relax in a fully equipped Large Studio with ocean view located on the 2nd floor. Unit includes 2 double beds, full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

Start your mornings with coffee on the pool deck, and spend your afternoons at our heated community pool, open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Please help us keep the unit in great condition for all guests by following these check-out steps:

- Return keys to the grey dropbox located near Door 11
- Lock all doors and windows
- Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, and appliances
- Set A/C to 75°F
- Gather all used towels in one spot
- Remove all trash and place it in the designated bins outside

NO smoking inside the unit
NO parties or events
NO unregistered guests (Please ask before inviting anyone over)
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
