Coco Sands - Studio 3, One Block walk to the Atlantic Ocean!

Cozy, pet friendly, entire studio apartment just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach.
Full kitchen and private bathroom in a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood, free parking for 1 vehicle, outdoor shower, sun loungers for sunbathing, lounge area or "chill spot" with outdoor furniture, and a sunny front porch with table, chairs, and umbrella!

Studio #3 is a cozy and bright studio just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach.

A true studio with private bath, full kitchen, and tropical patio!

1 Queen bed at the back of the studio, with open living and kitchen area up front. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the private bathroom, complete with tub and shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, vanity, sink, and toilet.

Plenty of space for 2 adults. ~400 square feet of living space and pullout sofa with Queen bed.

Towels, beach towels, and linens are provided. Beach chairs, and beach toys are available for free shared among our guests and can be found in the Storage Shed.

Outdoor patio area with umbrellas, shared loungers, as well as coin operated laundry onsite.

Entire beachside Studio will be for your use exclusively.

1 Queen sized bed and 1 pullout Queen sofa bed...perfect for 2 adults, or a couple with less than 2 children. Coin laundry is available at the Studios for all guests...no washer/dryer in unit!

$80 pet fee

Parking for only one vehicle is allowed as we have a tiny parking lot and there is no street parking available other than paid beach parking lots (1 block away).

Cocoa Beach short stay

So clean so cute we absolutely loved it. Check in was so easy everything was just as described. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely stay on our next trip down here

A short break in Coco Sands

Wonderful little self contained holiday studio. 3 minutes from the beach with everything i needed for a great stay. Lovely area, so close to the beach. I'm sure ill be back next time I'm visiting the grand kids and my son.

Great little spot!

We enjoyed our short stay at Cocoa Sands. Place was clean and well kept. The host allowed us to check in a bit early due to unexpected change in our plans and we truly appreciates that.

Clean and comfortable

The unit was clean and bright. This was a great place for a restful few days. Easy access to the beach and many great eating establishments nearby.

Cozy, clean and close to the beach

The studio was clean and cozy. The kitchen had what we needed to cook. The beach is very close and private. Walls are a little thinner and could hear the neighbors one night. Loved it!!

Early Beach Season Trip

My husband and I loved our stay! The check in process was so easy. After our first night there the property manager was there working on another unit. She asked how our unit was and we said that is was great except the bed was a little lumpy. She went right then and bought a new Casper mattress and put it on our bed! That is the very best service we have ever had at a VRBO stay. We are making plans to stay here again next year for our early beach season trip.

Tight Parking

Although a beautiful place, the parking is a bit tight, no turn around. We have a F150 and we had to back out on a busy one way street if all the other spots were filled.

Spectacular

Well we were in studio #1 and it was super beautiful. When you walk in there is a beautiful blue color on the walls and its flamingo/beach themed. The bathroom is pink and if you didn't bring shampoo, conditioner or soap don't worry they are stocked. They also have a blow dryer. The kitchen was stocked with a blender, bowls, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, plates and had all the utensils we needed. The only thing I would suggest is a mat right by the front door and maybe a mini vacuum just for when you come back from the beach and don't wanna get sand everywhere. They do provide brooms and dust pans though but it was still hard trying to get it all up. Lucky in the laundry facilities there is everything you need for cleaning and laundry. Although I would bring quarters with you, there is 4 different machines one you need quaters and one you don't. The beach was only a block away which was amazing. The beach is extremely beautiful especially at sunset and they do have 4 beach towels for you to use. This was definitely one of the best vacations ive had in a while with my boyfriend and 3 year old son. Thank you so much to our gracious host definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to Coco Beach.
