Waking up and taking a few steps to watch the sunrise over the ocean is breathtaking! Being just 1.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach means you have easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, the proximity to other attractions like Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, and Orlando’s theme parks offers plenty of options for day trips and further exploration. It truly is a perfect place to relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories. This was a perfect place for our family with a child with special needs. It was close to the beach access and they had everything you’d need for the beach. It had a great outdoor space to hang out to get out of the sun. Simple, clean, and cute.

This rental had fantastic access to the beach right across the street! The outdoor patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoor shower was so convenient for those beach days. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable for our family. We highly recommend this lovely house!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well maintained and had everything you needed for a beach visit (towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, etc.). We loved the location a little south of the busier areas and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. I also enjoyed morning runs along the sidewalks which run north and south in front of the property. The home was also close to Kennedy Space center which was a very nice experience as well. Hope to visit agai. Some time in the future!

Clean and comfortable beach cottage just steps away from the beach. Excellent communication. Four adults stayed for 3 nights for a relaxing and fun getaway. Everything was as pictured and described in the listing.
