We has a wonderful stay. The house provides everything you could possibly want. Our large group was very comfortable in the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms provided. Jennifer answered our questions and issues in a very prompt manner. The backyard was amazing !

Beautiful property, very clean, and spacious for multiple families. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and especially the beach. Only a few hundred yards directly down the low traffic, dead end street. Only feedback would be more kitchen supplies and the hot tub heater worked inconsistently, but Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any issues. It was very nice and clean. We had one problem with one of the bedrooms, the bed being nasty but you can’t blame the host because it’s the cleaning people for a big house like that. It was only two cleaning people when we got there when I think you need a cleaning crew, to do a good job

This house and location were absolutely lovely. Being just minutes from the beach was a huge plus.Overall, the stay was great. A couple of things worth noting: the cleaning service could use a little more attention to detail upon check-in. The beds were a bit messy and mirrors and windows needed a wipe down before we could fully settle in.Communication with the host was fair, but a house manual would be really helpful. There were no instructions for items like the hot tub, so I had to reach out each time we wanted to use it.A few small tweaks and this is a 10 out of 10. We appreciated the stay!

Out stay was very good. Walkable distance to beach. Close to the outlet malls. House is very good with all the amenities that you name it. Highlight is the swimming pool. Plenty of bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

Fall breaknwith wife, son, and a host of his friends. House is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Bedrooms are all nice with comfy beds. Plenty of space, balconies, and fantastic roof top deck which everyone enjoyed during the evenings and sun set. The large kitchen and dinning room was perfect for cooking a serving large groups. Finally pool area is fantastic. Pool and hot tub are amazing with great water and light features. With a quick 100 yds to the beach this spot couldnt be better.

The property is amazing. Comfortable beds - linen clean and in great condition, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen (appropriate cooking and food prep materials). More than enough space for our family of 15. The only small complaint is we were celebrating Christmas (Dec 23-27) and the home was not decorated for the holidays. This created another expense for us since we had to order a tree and have it delivered. An inconvenience to us but worth it since our celebration is very important and traditional.

The rating categories were missing so I wasn't able to accurately score my experience: Overall: 4/5Cleanliness: 1/5Location: 5/5Amenities: 5/5Communication: 4/5This home truly has the potential to be a 5-star experience, but I strongly feel the property needs a more thorough and attentive cleaning crew to match the quality and luxury of the house itself.The house itself was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was great — very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and plenty of things to do. The pool was amazing, and the home was spacious enough for our entire family to comfortably enjoy our stay. Overall, the property really had everything we were looking for and felt luxurious in many ways.Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Several bathrooms had hair on and around the toilets, and one still had urine around the base. There was hair left in multiple showers, hair in some of the beds, and noticeable dirt/sand throughout the floors. I understand that beach homes naturally deal with sand, but it honestly felt like there was very little attempt made to thoroughly clean it before our arrival.Additionally, some of the white comforters on the beds had visible stains/spots that made them appear unclean, which was disappointing given the otherwise high-end feel of the property.

We used this property for a family reunion with 17 adults and 7 children. The house worked very well for use with privacy and places to gather. It has outdoor seating on three levels that worked great. The pool level, the middle level that is covered and has a breeze, and the top level for early or late in the summer heat. The kitchen worked well for us and three washers and dryers came in handle for towels and the families with children. Our only issue was check in. The host was very responsive other than for our check in. We did not get the code until a few hours after check in. Fortunately one of our guest arrived as the cleaners were leaving and they let them in. Base upon the other responsiveness from the host I think this was an unusual event thus it is still a five.

We loved our long weekend here in May 2026! Beautiful property and a short walk to the white sandy beach! The rooftop is very nice but the view of the beach is limited. The home is spacious and well stocked! Thank you for allowing us to gather here!
