This house was absolutely perfect for our family.The communication with property staff was excellent.Every question and need, was immediately responded to.Highly recommend this location for proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Amazing Family Reunion Location

We hosted a family reunion at the Soggy Dollar property and it was truly spectacular. The home was perfect in all ways, from amenities, furnishings, layout and proximity to neighborhood attractions. We highly recommend this property for large groups and ideal for large family gatherings.

House is amazing. Restaurants around are excellent. Manager was super responsive to all questions. Golf rates are very reasonable. Was a great spot!

So much space!

This house was amazing. We filled every room and never did it feel like we were on top of each other. The place was very clean and if we ever had an issue, they were fixed within a few hours.

We had a great family gathering of 6 kids and 20 grandkids, for a total of 32. Soggy Dollar was the perfect place for us to spend a week. It was a fantastic layout, lots of pool time, and a short walk to the beach. We all had a wonderful time and our host was very accommodating and great to work with. Great Luxury Family Vacation Home

We booked Soggy Dollar to host a family vacation of 30 people. It’s a luxury property with all the amenities that you would ever want or need. The only drawback was the elevator was not working properly so we had lots of stairs !

Very nice Property

Beautiful property and great customer service to most all concerns during our stay. The only disappointing issue was the control panel on the hot tub went out the last two days of our trip. We were told it would be fixed on the next day after we reported as not working, However it was not repaired. The weather was cool and rainy most of the time we were there so the hot tub was very helpful.

Beautiful home made it difficult to leave the place

This house is well suited for large family gatherings. The table was big enough to have 2 puzzles going, board games, and dinner placed, all at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out and the pool/hot tub combination was enjoyed each day. We thoroughly enjoyed the space.

Enjoyable Home

We enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend. Communication was great and they handled everything professionally. Make sure they have the hot tub jets fixed before your next stay and be prepared to walk up A LOT of stairs as the elevator isn’t alway reliable. This was a great home. We would stay here again!

Family beach trip

We were 15 adults and 7 children 4 and under. This is a beautiful home that accommodated all of us comfortably. The home was was very well equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor space and pool were amazing! We had an awesome time!!! Definitely want to come back.

Soggy Dollar did not disappoint!

One week was not enough! We had a huge group but plenty of room for all. Massive living room and kitchen were the highlight of the home. Pool was wonderful just outside the cool bar. WiFi was spotty and dropped out frequently - but that is an extremely minor nitpick.

We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to the lack of a door, no space and no bathrooms. All in all it's a wonderful home to stay at and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Doggy Dollar.

Amazing property

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. There were 25 of us and there was lots of space for everyone! We all loved the pool and 4th floor game room. The kitchen was fabulous for large group cooking and there was lots of frig space and ice. The house was clean and well kept. The golf cart and bikes were added amenities that we enjoyed. The private beach was only a short walk away. All in all a house well worth the money we spent! Thank you!!

Outstanding Large Home

This home worked exceptionally well for our family of 28. The 8 masters and multiple bunk rooms were perfect for our 8 couples and 12 children. Even with all these people there were always places to find alone time. The favorites were: the rooftop deck for sunsets; the pool and outdoor space, much of which was in the shade in late afternoon; proximity to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs provided; 4th floor game room; and the multiple washers and dryers; upscale appliances and furnishings; and the well equipped exceptional kitchen. The only slight negative was getting stranded on the golf cart twice and that we were only successful using it a couple of times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home.
