New to rental 3 bed, 1 & 1/2 bath home in historic district that is renovated and boasts modern amenities while maintaining historic charm.
This unique home started in 1906 as a Sears kit home and has been pristinely maintained. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and is directly next to a historic stone fence which is unique to Door County.
Footsteps to:
• Coffee shops
•Live music
•Downtown shopping district
•Farmers markets
•Restaurants and food trucks
•Waterfront
•This rental includes the whole main house
•Two additional bedrooms in the home are not being offered and are vacant and locked
•You have sole access to the house and the front porch and yard
•A detached garage to the rear of the house with apartment above might be owner occupied
•A back courtyard in which you may see others entering and exiting the apartment above the garage

•The pathways in front and back of the house are uneven. The front porch cafe seating is uneven. The back courtyard contains boards that may be uneven or bowing or soft. The grass may be uneven
