The house was nice however the neighboring properties are too close for much outside privacy. There are no second floor porches on this home and no covered exterior porches in rear of home. Also, the rental listing stated that the beach was a one minute walk away but is not the case at all as it's about a three minute drive. That was a disappointment for us as my family had looked forward to being able to walk to beach quickly. If those things don't bother folks, this is a good choice.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home! We do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Our listing photos accurately show the home's layout, outdoor spaces, and surrounding neighborhood, including the proximity of neighboring homes and the fenced backyard. We also provide photos illustrating the beach access location and specify the walking distance in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to privacy and beach proximity, which is why we work hard to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions of each property. We're happy you found the home itself enjoyable and appreciate you sharing your experience!
