Beautifully kept home 3 bedroom 1 bath home in Royal Oak. Walk in to beautiful hardwood floors through out the home. The home is decorated around Detroit being the Motor City. This home is perfect for anyone needing a one level home. 3 bedrooms with super comfy Casper queen mattresses. Every room has it's own TV with Youtube TV and other streaming services. Kitchen is bright and open with a spacious eating area. The backyard is fully fenced in and perfect for pet owners!
Guest has full access to the whole house and backyard. Laundry is located in the basement.
Quiet neighborhood only a mile from downtown Royal Oak. Everywhere is sidewalked, so safe and easy to get around.
We are the Motor City, so I would recommend a car if possible. However, Lyft and Uber are typically a minute or two away in any part of Royal Oak. The area is also completely side walked, so it's safe to walk around. You're less than a mile from Downtown.

-Any parties or gatherings will result in immediate termination of your reservation and possible removal from the property..
-Pet owners: Please clean up after your pets in the yard. A $250 fee will apply if not properly cleaned.
-No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and ash responsibly. A $500 fine will apply for smoking indoors.
-Keep pets off the furniture. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
-Please report any damage, spills, or stains as soon as possible.
-You will be responsible for the cost of any significant damage or missing items.
Before You Check Out
-Please wash all used dishes, and put them away.
-Please take out the trash and recycling to the appropriate outdoor bins.
-Please shut and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
