Cozy 3-Bedroom Home with a Pool in Saratoga Springs

Looking for a great place to spend the summer (and beyond) in Saratoga? This charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home has everything you need—including your own private in-ground pool*! Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to downtown, parks, and the Saratoga Race Track.

*Pool opens late May (around Memorial Day weekend) and closes early to Mid-September (around Labor Day)

The space

Bedroom 3: has (2) twin beds
The den has a pull-out couch- (queen size)! For additional sleep space.


Guest access:
Guests will have access to entire house. Garage is not available for guest use. Driveway parking only.

Other things to note:
•NO SMOKING: Our home is a smoke-free zone—inside and out! Help us keep the air fresh and the vibes clean by leaving the “smoking” for the BBQ grill only. Thanks for your cooperation!

•NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS: We love a good time, but this isn't a party house—we appreciate you keeping things chill and respectful!

•If you’re planning to have more than 6 guests, just give us a quick heads-up beforehand—thanks!

•NO PETS

Great location, Nice Backyard!

We had a lovely stay here. Great location in a safe neighborhood! Easy check in/check out process. The house was very clean and comfortable and we loved the beautiful backyard where we could relax by the pool! The owners were very courteous and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic stay!! Kaitlyn is the best host - informative, responsive, and so thoughtful of our group to ensure we had a great stay. The house is beautiful and plenty big for 7 to be comfortable. Easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood, was a quick trip to enjoy downtown. A perfect option for a group!

We had a great time and overall positive experience with our stay. The kids loved the pool and the large private yard. We loved the close proximity to downtown Saratoga and the horse track. The house was super clean and very comfortable for our party of 6. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to come back!

This house was in the perfect location for hitting the race track and downtown Saratoga. It was the perfect fit for us and two other couples for the weekend away. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. We will definitely be booking this home again next summer!

Peaceful getaway

Our stay was very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Beautiful backyard with pool and fountain. Overall my grandfather and I were very satisfied with the property.
